🎾 Practice Court Reservation Procedure
Players cannot reserve practice courts directly.
Please make all reservations through the tournament staff.
Each player may make one reservation per day.
However, once the reserved session has been completed, the player may make another reservation on the same day.
For example, a 30‑minute reservation for Player A with their coach or Player C (as a partner), and another 30‑minute reservation for Player B with Player A (as a partner), is permitted.
The practice court schedule is updated daily, and only the same-day availability is published.
Reservations can be made only for the same day.
【The Day Before the Practice Day】
From the release of the daily Order of Play (OP) until 20:30
Reservations will be accepted at the Tournament Headquarters as well as by phone.

08:30 – 17:00
Reservations are handled by tournament staff
at the Tournament Headquarters Desk.
